Recieved bill for over $500. I started a insurace claim on my sons iphone not knowing what happened to it. Insurance says it may be under warranty. Customer service didn't explain clearly how to tell if it ever got wet. She told be to look for red along the side of the phone. I didn't see red on the side. I was also under the understanding if warranty didn't cover it the phone would fall under insurance. NO, just A bill for $ 560. and they will not accept the phone back as a return. If there was a way to see it was wet they should have told me so I could have continued with my insurance claim or accept the phone back as a return. Customer service should be more educated so Im not paying the price. If I knew how to check for water I could have stayed with the insurance.
