I'V BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND I'VE UPGRADED MY PHONE AND RETURNED THE DEVICE PRIOR THE DUE DATE AND APPARENTLY THE CARRIER DIDN'T SENT IT ON TIME - I'VE SENT THE TRACKING NUMBER I'VE DONE MY PART AND I'VE ALWAYS PAID ON TIME SINCE THE FIRST BILL IV'E GOT WITH AT&T AND YOU GUYS CAN'T RECONSIDER YOUR DECISION - IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS? IS THAT HOW IT IS? SO FOR $117 YOU RATHER LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND CANT RECONSIDER? WOW I REALLY THOUGHT AT&T WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THAT -- I'M SO DISGUSTED SO UPSET SO DISAPPOINTED....
