Why you are charging so much for a 4-phone service plan that was only supposed to be at the most 195.00. Now there are all these other fees that I can’t afford. I have only had At&t for maybe two months an I’m already sick of it. I can’t get a hold for anyone unless Im on the phone for hours and then they don’t help or tell me it’s my combined bill which is wrong. If it were a combined bill, tv (174.98) + phone (195) it would only be 369.98. However, my does not include the tv and its 379.30 so with tv added its going to be 554.28. There is no way I can afford that. Im going to have to cancel my service if this is the right billing.
