When I received my bill this month I see I was given a free upgrade for the same price as the 10GBytes which I've had for years. The problem is I was billed for the next month and the previous month so my bill was double. I had already paid my bill for the previous month.
I tried Chat and after explaining everything, she agreed with me and transferred me to someone who would fix the problem. Waited 45 minutes and no one came online. In the meantime I phoned and explained everything again and was transferred 8 times at least, some I was actually transferred back to someone I'd already talked to. The final person said that I was right and he would transfer the info to billing and they would fix my bill. I was on chat and phone for 2hours and 5minutes. The bill was never adjusted.
I paid what I usually pay on the due date (after cancelling autopay temporarily) and now I'm getting email and text messages about paying my balance. I want this fixed so I can turn autopay back on, stop these 'reminders', and avoid a late fee which I'm sure you'll hit me with next month!
