I am signed up for auto refill on the $45 GoPhone plan. It has refilled twice and I have yet to see the $5 savings. I am still getting charged for $45, but there is $10 promotional balance. How can I use that? It used to credit back the $5 to my credit card, but not anymore. It seems that I won't be saving as much if I use promotional credit because my bill will jump back to $45 if I don't use the autorefill.
Haven't been able to get answers in store (are the employees in the store trained on this? And no I'm not buying direct tv service when you can't answer a question on why I'm not getting the savings I was promised) and the phone is a computer which is not helpful at all. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED- may need to look into other carriers if the customer service continues to be this poor.
