I lost my job and couldn't pay february and i got a job in march and payed the balance the 3rd week and when I went to pay AT&T cancelled my service. I then go to customer service pay off the balance from Feb.-Mar. and they tell me I have to pay April's to activate my account again so I pay aprils and it still is not on. Why would a Customer service representative tell me to pay Aprils to get it reactivated when its false?
