Hi,
I am having AT&T mobile in contract. I had taken in my friend's name and now i transferred into my name. For that I had to pay an activation amount of $150. I had paid the same and I have the receipt of the payment too. Now, the payment is not been reflecting in my bills. My bill says $150 is due and customer care is not helping in any way. They just say, go to the store where the payment is done. I am getting account suspension notice.
Anyone faced this issue? Please let me know
