Att took 3 months to resolve my discount

I've been calling since January I'm not an employee but am on a emo account called about 15 times got the run around finally today a tier one rep tells me it's because my promo plan doesn't qualify so I ask for a tier 2 rep he says oh you have to speak to my supervisor first that they can't skip levels so I tell him to give me the supervisor after she tells me 3-4 times that if I change my plan the discount will apply to my current bill yet I over paid 2 bills by $65 because they had no idea what they were doing so they expect me to eat up the 130$ they owe me for their mistake I proceed to ask her for a tier 2 rep and she says that's her I ask how is that possible she says we skipped a level and he transferred me to her supposedly tier 2 so I tell her how is that possible or when the guy said they couldn't skip level and that I had to speak to his supervisor which was the lady I spoke to so how is she tier 2 either way I'm leaving all talk and trash and finding a new carrier in the least the discount should be applied to the bill for the month I first called for and last month
