I have contacted and spoken to customer service reps no less than 6 times (easily 8 accumalative hours) since December.
My last call was 10 days ago. I requested a manager call me back that day to assist with my billing issue.
I have not received that call. How long should i sit by my phone WAITING for AT&T to call me?
