Have a real issue - my 5S failed last July. ATT happily replaced my under warranty phone with a refurbished phone. That one had speaker issues and was replaced in Early February - I paid the $14.99 to receive the phone within 2 days versus the 2 weeks offered. I had to replace that phone within 2 weeks - again paid the $14.99 because I needed a phone. Heat one failed within a week, I have a online that people cannot hear me on, and YET AGAIN I had to pay $14.99 - not this time ATT has extended the 2 days to 4. ATT I NEED A PHONE THAT WILL WORK. I shouldn't have to pay doe his yet again!!!
