I was told that I would receive a $10 bill credit each month for signing up for AT&T wireless since I also have Directv. I've called multiple times and been put on hold for I don't know how long and been transferred back and forth so many times I can't count and still no one has been able to do this for me. Can someone please help? I'm beginning to feel like signing up for multiple AT&T services was a big mistake. I'm to the point where I don't know what to do to get some help.
