I have been overcharged on my cellular for 15 months.

I was initially charged a contract on 1 of my lines even though it was my own phone in november of 2014. I found out a while back and asked in the store, they told me if I called they would rreverse it, it could not be done in the store. Yesterday my daughter called and they told her they could only do 3 months. I called today and spoke with supervisor Jackie Alexander ( East coast ) she said that it was my responsibillity and she could not do anything. When I told her I was going to take it to small claims she said I she would conect me with the resolution team.  I was conected to Britney and she wanted to change my plan, I told her I was happy with my plan, I explained the overcharges and she said she had nothing to do with that. She was told by Ms Alexander I was looking for a cheaper plan.  This is not true. I want to get my monye back and will go to small claims but would apreciate a better understanding of why I will not be refunded. the line in question is my daughters.
