Att charged me $300 for international call. They said I made the call on Feb 13, 2016 for 11 hours straight. This is absoloutly not true at all because I never even called anyone on that date! I cannot afford to pay an extra $300 for something I never even did. My only option is not pay, leave ATT and risk hurting my credit score - which I do not want to do! Please help.
How can I get this issue resolved and not pay the $300?
