Every month for years our company has been receiving a 5 page $0.00 balance due invoice for canceled long distance service. When finally getting a real person on the line...and the correct person, they say there's nothing they can do to stop the mailings. I'm sure our company is not the only one receiving this. This isn't a standard size envelope either. Before raising customer rates, perhaps AT&T should be looking at this issue to fix! Seems like it should be pretty simple and that they'd want to cut costs wherever they can. What a joke.
