PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD TRYING TO CANCEL MY WIRELESS HOME PHONE AND MY MOBILE HOTSPOT

IT ALL STARTED ON JANUARY 18, 2016 WHEN I SPOKE TO SOMEONE NAMED LARISSA. I TOLD HER THAT I WANTED TO CANCEL 2 NUMBERS ON MY ACCOUNT, SHE SAID NO PROBLEM, WHAT IS YOUR 4 DIGIT PASSCODE? I TOLD HER I DIDN'T REMEMBER IT BECAUSE I HAVE HAD THE NUMBER FOR SO LONG, SO SHE ASKED FOR MY MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME, THAT WAS GREAT. SO SHE SAID IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND WOULD BE TURNED OFF.
I CALLED AGAIN ON FEBRUARY 8, 2016 BECAUSE THE LINES WERE STILL CONNECTED. THIS TIME I SPOKE WITH LARISSA, TOLD HER THE WHOLE STORY AGAIN AND SHE SWITCHED ME TO REGINALD TO CANCEL THE 2 LINES. AGAIN EXPLAINED THE WHOLE THING TO HIM AND HE ASKED FOR THE PASSCODE AGAIN, SAME THING, I SAID I DON'T REMEMBER IT SO HE ASKED MY MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME AND I WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE THING AGAIN.PUT ME ON HOLD, CAME BACK AND SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT, PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN, NEVER CAME BACK.
SO I CALLED THE NEXT DAY FEBRUARY 9, 2016 AND SPOKE TO PATIENCE, HERE WE GO AGAIN ASKING FOR MY 4 DIGIT PASSCODE, I EXPLAINED THAT I DON'T REMEMBER IT AFTER SO MANY YEARS AND EVERYONE ELSE WAS TAKING MY MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME. SHE SAID SHE WAS NO ALLOWED TO DO THAT SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER SUPERVISOR, SHE SAID HOLD ON, I WAS PROBABLY ON HOLD FOR 5 MINUTES WHEN BRIAN CAME ON AND SAID HE WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT THE 4 DIGIT PASSCODE. SAID HE IS NOT TAKING MY MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME.
SO, I CALLED BACK AGAIN ON FEBRUARY 16, 2016 TO SEE IF THERE WAS AN ORDER IN TO CANCEL SERVICE. I SPOKE TO SYLVIA (I THINK THAT WAS HER NAME, SHE HAD AN ACCENT), SAME THING ASKED FOR PASSCODE. I TOLD HER THAT I DON'T KNOW IT AND SHE OFFERED TO CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING NEW SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO KEEP GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING AGAIN. WHAT A SWEETHEART SHE WAS. THEN SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO TANISHA TO CHECK ON THE DISCONNECT ORDER, AGAIN ASKING FOR THE PASSCODE SO I GAVE HER THE NEW ONE AND SHE ASKED FOR THE OLD ONE. I EXPLAINED THE WHOLE THING AGAIN, SHE ASKED FOR MY MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME AND THEN THE NEW PASSCODE. AFTER ALL OF THIS THAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH SHE TOLD ME THE ORDER IS IN TO DISCONNECT THE 2 LINE ON FEBRUARY 27 WHICH IS THE END OF THE BILLING CYCLE.
NOW SINCE IT HAS TAKEN ME SO LONG AND GOING THROUGH SUCH A RUN AROUND I DON'T FEEL AS THOUGH I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THOSE 2 LINES SINCE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS DONE SINCE JANUARY.
I EVEN CALLED JOE *** ASSISTANT TO THE CEO, HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I CALLED HIM AGAIN TODAY, HE ANSWERED AND SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL TO HIM AND ALL.
RIGHT NOW I AM NOT A VERY HAPPY AT&T CUSTOMER,
