I am a loyal AT&T wireless customer for more than 10 years. I got a promo card from AT&T for trading in my iPhone. Unfortunately the promo card has expired. I did not realize there would be an expire date on a card for trading in my phone. I talked to the customer service last week and I was told I can activate the card at the AT&T retail store. I went to 2 stores and they did not know how to activate an expired card. I called the customer service again and I was told there is no way to get any credit for an expired card.
It's like I have given my iphone back for free .
I am disappointed and frustrated with the response from AT&T customer service.
