I have contacted att at least 3 times and spent time and money to correct your errors. I put my wireless account on suspended service november 3rd and have been billed and given late charges for this as if i had coverage. I am in guatemala. I was told this was straightened out. I expect no further charges as i have not had the promised refunds and i will straighten this out when i return to ithaca. Ny 6 march 2016. Please do not send me any more bills untill you have made the appropriate refunds.
