Who can I complain to that no one has switched my service to unlimited data? I signed up for direct tv, uverse so I could get unlimited data so why have I been receiving texts saying I'm over in data. I have over 10 overage charges. I've called to tell them and they keep saying they fixed it and still haven't. I'm a new customer and it's frustrating there is no one to help. I even talked to a supervisor. Can I complain to the CPUC?
