Not receiving any service on issue!

Signed up for direct tv, Internet and I already had att wireless. I was told I'd get unlimited data for free and a 100 dollar visa and also a 20.00 discount total on my monthly bills...so I signed up for it. A few days later I call in to verify my changes were done and I was told it's not free so I told them to change it back, then I get told I will lose my old plan I had before the mess up because it's no longer available and this was due to employees giving incorrect information. I'm confused, due to employees not know what they were talking about.. I thought everything Was fixed and I just looked at my bill and it still says unlimited and my bill is outrageous! I'm very upset and would like everything to be fixed!!!!!!
