Have been with AT&T for 10+ years and went to get an Iphone6 for my daughter. At&T rep on the chat convinced me that I could get an upgrade for me and a new I6 for my daughter and all I had to do was change my plan and pay sales tax on the phones.
Now, I get my bill and I see that I have a 'financing arrangement' with AT&T for two Iphone6 devices at Full price of $649/each. Customer service is giving me the run around so I may just return the phones and go elsewhere or go to the FCC or Apple for resolution. I have the chat transcript where I clearly ask and they clearly state what my total monthly bill will be and there was no mention of financing at all during the chat or in the store.
Anyone else have this issue?
