Every month I have had to call AT&T to resolve billing errors. I am a combined billing customer and have been a loyal ATT customer for more years than I should have stuck with them. My latest experience with them has me at the point of having a nervous breakdown. If ATT doesn't do something to fix the issues I am having with them then I will most definatly go elsewhere for all of my services. I don't care how much it costs me to cancel all of my ATT services. I will cancel everything and go elsewhere. I have never dealt with a company that is so incompetent and refrains from training their employees properly that it just makes me sick to think about the poor employees that have to deal with this type of company in order to have employment. I have had all that I can handle with ATT and now it's all out war for me. I will do whatever I have to and can do to make sure that everything that AT&T has put me through is made public and they will pay for what they have put a very long time standing loyal customer through for way too long. This is not a threat of any kind. This is a promise that I will fight tooth and nail to make a company that I pay services for provide the service I pay for and stop them from taking advantage of a loyal customer. This is written to inform AT&T that this loyal long standing customer will no longer accept the business practices that they have put me through any longer.
