You weren't suppose to auto-deduct from my Credit Union, I pay on-line directly.
Anyway, I have a dispute with AT&T because you didn't auto deduct in December and I assumed you did (BUT YOU DIDN'T) which caused me late charges and a payment I wasn't expecting. Like I said I am in contact with the Mn State Atty Generals office in St. Paul about this. I want those charges dropped from my account. I've been with you Guys for Ages and am about ready to change over to VERIZON if you don't credit my account.
