I changed my $50, 5GB plan to a $25, 2GB plan early December 2015. ATT&T still withdrew $50 from my account about two weeks after I made the change. I phoned AT&T about that.

The operated stopped the automatic withdrawal for me, and said that AT&T would apply the extra $25 they had withdrawn to my next month's payment.

Now that I should not have to pay anything, and have my plan already paid for, I get a notice that AT&T is again going to withdraw money, and I have 0 GB left.

Please rectify this situation right away.

I also have an att&t go phone plan ***, that one has just been paid for and I have no problems there.  Regards, Jake ***
