I am looking for help because I am trying not to have my service cancelled. I was told I had a week before my service was suspended and it was suspended two days later. I can't make a payment arrangement but I want to pay it off so I don't lose my number. I don't know how long I have. No one can seem to help my. I've had AT&T for 14 years and have recently hit a hard patch. I'm trying to remedy the situation.
