I have been a loyal customer since 2008. I have always kept my payment arrangements when I was laid off from work. I just got off the phone with customer service and she informed me that I cannot make a payment arrangement anymore because of some new system that was put into effect in October 2015. She also informed me that any supervisor I speak with will tell me the same thing and will not be able to authorize a payment arrangement for me either. I need my phone for work. If AT&T shuts our phones off before I can pay my bill a week from tomorrow, I will leave and take all my business and personal use somewhere else. I'm not sure if there is a new owner or crappie new manager but this is not good customer relations. I will be contacting the BBB if AT&T screws me over.
