When enough is enough

If you're having to call every month to resolve your billing issues because your bill month the month is always absolutely incorrect and it's an error on att half and they are fully aware of it but continue to have errors on my account when is enough enough to you or when should you get fed up enough to cancel 4 lines and knowing that you've been with att over 20 plus years till they get this right. It's to the point where I have anxiety when I know I have to call again.
