Poor Customer Service

I called customer service to get a better understanding about my bill and received the most horrible service ever!!! The customer service agent and manager on duty could not provide me with the name of the current President of the organization. I had been given constantly wrong information about my account now I have to pay a very large bill to restore my service. When I requested additional help, the manage offered a fax number where I could forward my complaint! <br><br>Respectfully yours,<br>Highly Angry client!<br>Pernell
