A couple months ago I had my service transferred because I had moved just a mile down the road. All I asked for was a transfer of service, nothing more. When I received my next bill I was surprised to see that my bill had increased $22/mo. When I called to investigate I was informed that the package I had signed up under was no longer available and they put me into a more expensive plan. I was also informed that my contract had been renewed (with out my consent) at this higher rate. Over the last 5 months I've made numerous calls and spent a lot of time on the phone with customer support. They credited my account every month it wasn't fixed but now my account is red flagged for adjustments and won't allow any more credits. I've been told 3 times now that a work order would be submitted and my bill should be fixed by the following month... It still is incorrect. I feel like I am being given the run around until I give up and go away. Can somebody please help me!?
