Representative lies- need QA involved

I called in on January 12 to cancel my line and I spoke to a guy named deandre who said as a solution to keep my he can offer me $110 credit which I agreed to. I have spoke to numerous agents since then and said he never wrote that note in my account. Turns out everything he told me on my 20 minute call was a lie. I want that call pulled up so it can be honered. There is no way a corporate company should be telling lies like to their customer to end their call so they do not have to deal with it. Please route to me the correct person who can pull up the recorded call through quality assurance.
