I have to assume that att has ported numbers from tmobile a lot so when I asked the representative at att if she is sure that I don't need to call tmobile myself to cancel service why did she tell me no, I do not need to call myself? Att will take care of everything and your service with them will be canceled that day. Why didn't she tell me that having att port my lines would cost me an entire months billing cycle charge but if I called them myself like I asked them if I should then my charges would have been prorated?
