data usage

I have called AT&T several about a high data usage on one of the phones which I know cannot be true. I had waited on the phone for over an hour and then when I did get ahold of them they transferred me somewhere else. That 2nd person expained to me that the data usage was through AMAZON because she ordered something and I called amazon and they said that nothing was ordered with that phone and they do not use your data usage so I waited for an email from amazon to see what AT&T told them and I never recieved an answer so I called AT&T again and she said it was still in process this has been going on for a few weeks now and I have not heard from anyone. I have been a customer with at&t for a lot of years now and have always been good about paying my bill. I cannot pay this bill it is more than my light bill and house payment together. I even just ordered 2 phones to be added just before Christmas. They don't seem to care if I go to someone else or not because when I told the last lady I talked to at at&t that I would have to cancel my at&t all she said was we would hate to loose you as a customer.
