Retention rep lied to me

i  called to exit AT&T but they transferred me to a retention rep who made a number of promises. First he promised me no upgrade fee. Then he promised me a free LG phone and then he promised me a monthly bill it would go down to $190 a month. He honored none of those promises. I was charged two upgrade fees.  I was charged $80 for the free phone and my bill actually went up. I called again and spoke to a helpful rep who was able to credit me for the two upgrade fees and credit me for the free phone. But they could not honor the $190 a month that was promised. When the supervisor came on the line to tell me they wouldn't honor it I asked how do I get out of AT&T. She told me I would have to pay termination fees and  other fees to get out of my contract. When I asked her why I should have to pay when will I want to leave because they didn't honor their commitment she told me I had to honor my commitment. When I asked why I have to honor my commitments when AT&T won't honor theirs she hung up on me. Any suggestions for what I can do about this?
