I'm currently living overseas, in a location where AT&T doesn't provide service. As such, I've suspended the cell phone lines on our account. Now I find that I need to contact customer service for some erroneous charges. However, the only information on their "Contact Us" link are phone numbers, which I can't dial, seeing as how I don't have access to either a cell or landline.
A month ago I was able to Live Chat with a representative, but for the past week, no matter what time of day I log on, the Live Chat feature is down. I also have been looking for an email address but to no avail. Searching to forums doesn't yeild any results. How can I get in touch with someone to address an error in billing?
This is very frustrating.
