We switched 4 lines from Verizon to ATT. They were only able to make the switch for 3 of the lines in the Apple store and then we had to go to the ATT store for the 4th. I still don't understand why that was but when we got our credits for switching, we got 3 promotional new credits for $200 each, which is what we were promised but for the phone we switched in the ATT store we only got a $100 credit. I have called customer support twice. The first person I talked to really didn't know what to do and kept me on the line for nearly an hour without any help. The second person was more knowlegdable but said we needed to go into the store where we got the phone to get the problem fixed. I've gone into the store twice. The first time the person who we bought the phone from said their manager was out on leave and he would leave a message and they would get back to us. The second time they said "oh they haven't gotten back to you"? He took all our information again and said he would send it again to his manager. Still nothing. This has been going on since our August - September bill and taking up too much of our time. We were promised a $200 refund per line and we expect to receive that. Is there someone who can help us fix this problem?
