How do I get support from customer service for my AT&T three accounts (wireless, U-verse, Digital Life) without being initially told by the AT&T customer service rep that they can resolve my issues and then only to be transferred, disconnected and spend enormous amounts of time holding on the line and re-explaining my situation. I went into one AT&T store and was sold all three accounts under the AT&T marquee, yet this communication company can not find a way to answer my questions/resolve the problems associated with these accounts without transferring (trying) me to another company? Has any other customer had success in getting their issues resolved?
