Billing Adjustments Needed

Hi, I am an employee and in August of this year, someone hacked into my account adding a new phone line and upgrading 3 existing lines. The problem was resolved however I am still waiting for the adjustments on 3 invoices which total about $400. I've spoken numerous times with Cust Care and the last time I was told that they could not make adjustments to employee accounts and to call the employee # for adjustments. While waiting for the rep to give me the #, the call was dropped and my call was not returned. Does anyone have the correct # to call? Please help!!  Thank you!
