Very Unhappy

Good morning – I’ve been an AT&T customer since Feb. 2015 and it’s been crazy since the beginning (An additional line of service was opened and sent to a collection agency and reported on my credit report). I’ve been having issue, after issue, after issue. My services have been disconnected, restored only to be disconnected the next day….. Several times. I kind of got past this, and just paid the bill, as I had gotten tired of calling telling the same story over and over again. With all of that being said, I’ve been assessed $40 fees, on top of $5 late fees in addition to multiple $15 fees for overage. Recently my bill (including this month’s bill, 01/2016,) is roughly $700 after a “courtesy credit” of $223. I had been billed overages when there is an issue with the phone that Apple pretty much agreed to, so AT&T issued the credit. My problem is this, this has been going on so long and these little fees have been adding up and adversely affecting me yet I’m still responsible for the bill and no one seems to care. Every single month my bill has gotten bigger and I’m the only person on the line. My services CLEARLY work when they want so I’ve been paying for them and overcharged for them and I shouldn’t have been. How would I dispute the entire bill to have someone really review my account as it needs to be reviewed?
