Advised a reconnection fee( my fault as I forgot to pay the bill on time)would be waived as a "courtesy" later advised that the rep did not get a Supervisor's ok so "credit was Denied", resubmitted" with a Supervisor's signature, now told it was "re-denied" as there was a "Red Flag" on account due to multiple prior credits, rep could not see a credit in 6 mons, spoke to "dept that had noted this" advised "no such note but since not an ATT error the credit could not be given"!!
Any ATT Customer Manager/s on this forum care to respond?
