Att nightmare

I decided to switch from tmobile to ATT so I could bundle with DTV 3 weeks ago and I regret it every day. I contacted ATT about the switch over they were of course very nice quoted me a monthly price. Well it is $30 a month more than the quote I figured this so whatever. Then I get the sims for the other phones. Now this is not ATT's fault but it takes a week for tmobile to release the phones. Finally get them up and running and 2 weeks later get this call from ATT telling me I am past due and they are shutting phones off. I have never recieved a bill or anything I call and they tell me no your bal is 0 ignore it. Next day I get a call again they are shutting the phones off unless I pay. So I call again and this wonderful lady tells me pay now or they go off and when I ask what the charge is for she tells me so you want to cancel service and everytime I said I just want to know what the charge is for she yells I am just going to cancel your service. The call center people are rude and have no clue what they are doing and have talked to 15 of them in the last 3 weeks. I go into the chat and this time they told me it was prorated charges ok I still have only had service 3 weeks and I am past due. She started out nice but turn nasty after a while. Ended up paying the $113.95 and haveing to give credit card number for future auto pay (already had auto pay for dtv for 2 years. Now I was promised $500 in credits for the switch over the say I have to wait 90 days which is fine but not holding my breathe. Wish I would have never switched what a PIA the whole deal was. Waiting now for someone here to say it was my fault for all of it.
