I have been a customer for 15 years.
In October, out of the blue, I incurred THREE data overages. My son and I did absolutely nothing different in October in terms of usage. No one can explain what happened.
Then, today, AT&T turned off my phone for non-payment. I did not even get a letter in the mail reminding me to make payment nor have I signed up to go paperless.
Then they want to charge me a $5 reconnection charge!!!!
I'm done with AT&T. They charge too much anyway.
