My phone was having issues while still under waranty, so the Service Center orderd a new phone for me. I received a replacement device on Sunday, 12/13 and shipped the broken phone back on Wednesday 12/16 using the original box and the provided SmartLabel . It has been almost a week since I sent my phone (and almost 10 days since I received it), and, when I try to track my package on SmartLabel's tracking website, I get the following message: "No tracking information found for the following tracking value:"
I read that other At&T users have had the same problem with the SmartTracking label. Is there a different way to track my package? If not, what is the best way to insure that I don't get charged for the phone that I have returned?
