My account is so screwed up, I am at the end of my rope. It would take at least 5 pages to explain this properly but here is a summary. It all started about a month ago with what I thought was a simple upgrade of a phone at Best Buy. Something happened that set off a chain of events that resulted in me basically having to pay my monthly bill twice and then having it credited back to me. This would have been fine but I am still showing a large bill due with a portion still showing as overdue! Could someone please help me!?
