I have tried for 2 days to cancel order *****. I ordered it on 12/14 and It hasn't shipped yet. It is now only 12/15. On 12/14 pm and 12/15 am I was told that I could not cancel because it was too soon. On 12/15 pm, I was just told by a person named Justin that it was too late to cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Justin transferred me to someone who did not speak English except to say "no can transfer." This is outrageous! I have spoken to 5 people and one chat person. I am a longtime AT&T customer. I am totally frustrated.
