The ATT systems are so not perfect that cannot even identify your phone model. I bought my phone on-line because I am refusing to have the 2 years contract and completely against a smart phone. Sudenly, it was identified as a PDA devise and ATT is applying $ 30.00 data plan to my account. I was not able to resolve this issue over the call to the customer service that took 30 minutes. I decided to visit the ATT company store located at 577 N Thompson Ln, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 at 7 pm on December 9, 2015. The manager was not pleased that i asking questions and not happy customer. She called the police to remove me from the store. Two police officers were rude to me and treaten me with the jail time. Please be aware of new customer service level that can be provided to you at the ATT company stores!
