I read on line that with Next I could upgrade and get phones with a 24 month contract. I discussed about this with on line chat and she told me it would be around $145 a month with the move to next but I had to go to a AT&T store to sign up and receive the phones at the store.
We went to store No. 28 and were helped by Frederick M. at which time he told us that we could buy one phone and get another for free. He also told us we could have free tablets as well, but if we elected not to use the tablets for "10 bucks a month" we would need to pay a $150 fee.
When I arrived at home and looked at my account it had a $215 per month cost. With $25 per tablet per month, and I was also charged for BOTH the phones.I fully expected to be paying around $160-$170 a month but will have a very hard time trying to pay $215 a month when my prior payment was $110. I am really amazed that the sales rep AND the on line chat support lied to an extreme when I was perfectly willing to pay a decent rate for our service.
