Dear AT&T,
I find it appalling that with a company so large and with such a huge customer base you are still trying to find ways to oust the loyal customers you have. I have been a customer for quite a few years and as time goes on it is remarkable to me that att continues to try to wean me off of my unlimited data. You boast that your company has this speed and capability however, on a monthly basis I get texts stating that you will be slowing my speed even though I supposedly have unlimited data and now you are raising the price. This may be the last straw for me. I have no problems paying for quality service and if it means I have to take my business elsewhere I will.
