Billing issues

HI,

 

I got new no contract phone on 11/3/2015 and activated on same day and i chose the postpaid plan i.e 25$ for call and text and 20$ for 300mb data usage also i closed my account on 11/27/2015. But i got the bill of 80$ with late payments.

 

When i try to speak with representatives i didnt get good answer for my billing amount. In my understanding it should not be more amount and need to be prorated.

 

Beacuse of this now i am fedup with att service and in future i wont go for att connection and also wont recommend to my friends as they are plundering the amount from customers.
