I have been a loyal customer for around 10+ years. I have inquired about geting my upgrade fee waived today, but the reps will not budge, and say they cannot waive the fee. I have been able to have the fee waived other times recently, but today where was absolutely no progress. Have any of you inquired about this recently? Did you get it waived?
I am considering not upgrading and letting the other contracts run out so I don't have to pay the ETFs.
