Tablet returned but charged full price, please help

We recently returned our tablet we were told was .99 then were charged 199.99 for. So after it being returned and deactivated, we've been charged the full price and no longer even have the tablet. If you look over the notes on our account you can see how much we've had to put up with this issue. This is beyond ridiculous. We need a credit for the 199.99 for the tablet on this current bill. If this is not immediately resolved we will need to cancel every service we have with ATT. It would be a disappointment to end a 12 year relationship with a company we've stayed loyal to for so long. I hope you change the current view we have of ATT because we most definitely would not recommend it to anyone at this point.
