I have been trying to resolve a billing problem with ATT since September. Your Unified Billing section won't speak to your Mobility section......even though they need to in order to resolve this problem. I have literally spent hours on the phone with  your company in the last 4 months. My service has been disconnected without cause, and STILL no resolution. 

 

Your customer service people have lied, kept me on hold for an hour and, on multiple occasions, disconnected me. 

 

Please advise who I can speak to...or email to resolve this complaint. I would like my contract voided....as your company REFUSES to fully fix the error they caused. I will not pay fees associated with a late payment when I was NEVER LATE. That is called fraud!

 

This all stems from my ordering Direct TV in August, and your company "unifying" my bill. 

 

Please advise who can fix this problem.
